The contract partners are Stephan Wedemeyer and Frank Ilg GbR (SWIF), Ulmer Straße 21, 89269 Vöhringen (court Stuttgart HRB 746042) and the customer.
The subject matter of the contract results from these General Terms and Conditions of Business as well as from the regulations made in the service descriptions and price lists.
Subject to a separate regulation, the contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation, as well as acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
1. contract terms and periods of notice
a. Contracts with a term of 2 years
The contracts are not subject to any obligation to terminate. They end automatically after 24 months. 3 months before the end of the contract, the customer receives a reminder by e-mail with the option to extend the contract.
b. Contracts with a term of 5 year
The contracts are not subject to any obligation to terminate. They end automatically after 60 months. 3 months before the end of the contract, the customer receives a reminder by e-mail with the option to extend the contract. If the contract is not renewed, the functionality of the QR Code will be automatically switched off after the end of the contract period (for the customer free of charge and without additional costs). This applies to all rate types.
2. The right of the contracting parties to terminate the contract without notice for good cause shall remain unaffected. An important reason is given for SWIF in particular in cases where the user substantially violates the obligations incumbent upon him under these General Terms and Conditions.
3. Termination must be made in writing by letter or email.
4. If SWIF terminates the contract prematurely for good cause for which the user is responsible, SWIF shall not be obliged to repay the respective fee.
The prices quoted on www.swif-qr.de include VAT and shipping costs.
There are no additional shipping costs. The shipping costs are already included in the respective tariff
As our products are individual special designs, we are able to offer our customers a wide range of products. Offer services only against prepayment.

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period of revocation is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods or has taken possession of them. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us, the SWIF Gbr, by means of a clear declaration (e. g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of revocation prior to the expiry of the revocation period.
We will immediately refund the fees for the contract period you paid. The individually created and lasered QR code is useless after revocation and can therefore also be used for the following purposes will not be refunded.

For the function of the QR Code (all codes are delivered faultlessly and functionally, for faulty Internet connection, mechanical damage, differences in presentation of the slideshow according to browser type, differences in presentation or errors due to settings on your mobile device, deviations due to the make of your mobile device or malfunctions caused by the weather).
For damages or claims for removal of the respective cemetery administration (It is up to the customer whether he obtains a permit from his responsible cemetery administration)
the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Neu-Ulm, Germany.
The legal relations of the contracting parties shall be governed exclusively by German law.
The contracting party is obliged - not to publish any illegal content or content that violates the rights of third parties. not to post any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights. The user must carry out the necessary checks of admissibility.
SWIF reserves the right to amend or extend the GTC at any time without giving reasons. SWIF will notify you of these changes by e-mail at least one week before they come into effect. If you do not object to the validity of the new General Terms and Conditions within 2 weeks after receipt of the e-mail, the amended General Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted.
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, all further points shall remain unaffected. The ineffective provision shall be deemed to be replaced by a provision which comes closest economically to the meaning and purpose of the ineffective provision. The same applies to any loopholes.
